Building on the success of previous meetings, the theme for 2022 is “Building Executives Capacity in Security Coordination and Management for Protection of Lives and Critical Assets of Public/National Interest”. And I look forward to learning the latest models from top industrial, government, and academic professionals on these topics and everything else that is presented. We are indeed in a time of great need for expert ideas on ways of resolving the security challenges bedeviling our great Nation and the continent at large,

Background: It is a fact that no society exists without crime. Crime is both functional and dysfunctional. It is functional when the state has normal characteristics and proper actions to address the crime, but dysfunctional when there is no capacity to provide for the well-being and safety of its citizens.
